I know the struggles first hand when it comes to starting your fitness journey. The highs and lows and all the in betweens. The starting, stopping and all the self doubt that comes with wanting to change your habits and commit to your goals. As a mid 40's perimenopausal woman our bodies are slower to respond, our moods are all over the place and, let's face it, we just don't have the time or energy to spend hours in the gym. Those fad diets didn't work and those YouTube videos were great, but they left you feeling overwhelmed and defeated. Without a game plan you're just spinning your wheels and going around in circles - hence the "starting and stopping" cycle. Stop wasting your time and energy and focus on YOU!
